How did we start?

Before starting Three 60 Decks, I hired commercial contractors for large tenant-improvement projects and saw firsthand how poor communication, service, and project management could create unnecessary stress for customers. I founded Three 60 Decks to offer homeowners a completely different experience—one built on clear communication, dependable service, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to taking the stress and worry out of improving their homes.

Tana Mallory

President & Owner

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Tana Mallory leads Three 60 with a focus on quality work, strong communication, and exceptional customer service. As President and Owner, she oversees company operations and project strategy, helping ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Tana is passionate about creating a workplace where employees can grow and thrive while delivering a seamless experience for clients. She believes Three 60's success comes from putting people first, whether that's team members or customers.

When she's not working, Tana enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and planning her next adventure, with Greece currently at the top of her bucket list.

Randy

Operations Manager

With nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Randy brings extensive knowledge and leadership to the Three 60 team. As Operations Manager, he helps ensure projects run smoothly by supporting crews, solving challenges, and maintaining the high standards Three 60 is known for.

Known for his honest, straightforward approach, Randy believes success comes from quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and never cutting corners. When he's not working, he enjoys traveling and hopes to visit Japan someday.

Brie Pallamounter

Office Manager

As Office Manager, Brie Pallamounter helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes at Three 60. With five years of experience, she is known for her organization, dependability, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Brie enjoys supporting both the team and customers throughout every stage of a project, helping ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, traveling, hiking, and cheering on her daughters in dance and gymnastics.

Thomas Farnsworth

Foreman

With six years of industry experience and leadership at Three 60, Thomas Farnsworth is passionate about turning ideas into reality. As a Foreman, he enjoys building projects from the ground up and leading teams to create beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces. His greatest strengths are leadership, communication, and helping his team stay focused on delivering exceptional results.

Thomas believes Three 60's success is rooted in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing every job the right way. When he's not on the jobsite, he enjoys fishing, working out, following sports, and spending time outdoors.

Logan Kowaleski

Foreman

With nine years of industry experience and nearly a decade at Three 60, Logan Kowaleski plays a key role in keeping projects organized, efficient, and on track. As a Foreman, he enjoys seeing a project come together from start to finish and takes pride in the quality craftsmanship that goes into every build.

Known for his problem-solving abilities and leadership in the field, Logan helps keep crews moving forward while ensuring customers have a positive experience throughout the construction process. He believes Three 60's success comes from exceptional customer service, strong teamwork, and a shared commitment to quality.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing disc golf, collecting trading cards, and watching The Office. He also hopes to one day travel the world and catch a Portland Trail Blazers game from floor seats.

Taylor Hale

Senior Carpenter

As a Senior Carpenter with six years of industry experience, Taylor Hale enjoys bringing projects to life through the finishing details that transform an outdoor space. Known for his attention to detail and willingness to take on any challenge, Taylor takes pride in ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard.

Taylor values the family-like culture at Three 60 and believes the company's success comes from a team that takes pride in both customer service and craftsmanship. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time with family, teaching his toddler new things, and cheering on the LA Dodgers.

Tim Joudrey

Carpenter

Tim Joudrey has been a valued member of the Three 60 team for three years, bringing a strong work ethic, honesty, and dependability to every project. As a carpenter, he enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and helping create beautiful outdoor spaces for homeowners.

Tim believes Three 60's success comes from strong leadership, teamwork, and a shared commitment to doing the job right. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active at the gym, exploring the outdoors, and hopes to one day travel across the United States.

Pete Fua

Carpenter

With nine years of construction experience and six years at Three 60, Pete Fua is known for his strong people skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. He takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and finds the greatest reward in seeing a customer's excitement when their completed project comes to life.

Pete believes Three 60's success comes from its dedication to exceptional service, quality work, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, bowling, spending time with family, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants.

Alex Wilson

Carpenter

Alex Wilson has been part of the Three 60 team for three years, bringing a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for learning to every project. As a carpenter, he enjoys the hands-on nature of the job, especially demolition work and the opportunity to develop new skills with each project.

Alex takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and treating every customer's property with respect. He believes Three 60's success comes from a commitment to honest work, integrity, and taking pride in the finished product.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys staying active at the gym, collecting memorabilia, and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks. When he's not on the jobsite, he's likely planning a future trip to Hawaii or listening to Morgan Wallen.
